workshop participants will be able to:

• Describe project scope, including need and feasibility, major deliverables, milestones and completion date
• Define and sequence project activities within specific project phases
• Complete work breakdown structure, organize phases, and create efficiencies using tools for project analysis and completion
• Develop contingency plans to respond to unexpected changes and to manage risk
• Develop a communication plan to share key project plans and actions
• Specify roles and areas of accountability for cross-functional project team members
• Create a motivational project team environment with a clear purpose, goals and working approach utilizing the unique talents of each
• member

This program is about how to redesign your meetings to focus on purpose and results that people support. 

In today's world we live with the paradox that meetings are the most important tool for leaders and can be the mostly deadly and expensive strategy we use. This workshop will begin with how to articulate the purpose of each meeting we host. We will demonstrate ways that powerful questions and small group conversations in circle can transform what happens in your meetings. We will demonstrate how to re-create meeting agendas, ways to deal with difficult challenges and how to produce collaborative conversations that result in productive outcomes. We seek to end "death by meeting" and create "conditions that lead to breakthroughs" in our work.
