Nancy Fritsche Eagan, LMSW, specializes in participatory leadership, organizational development and project management. Focused on work with the Social Sector, she uses Art of Hosting methodologies to co-design and co-facilitate conversations that focus on purpose, process, equity, results, and impact. This includes The Circle Way, appreciative inquiry, open space, world café, storytelling, project management and other participatory decision-making and community engagement tools. Nancy applies the Sanctuary Model® and other trauma informed and healing-centered practices. With a personal commitment to raise race equity as a core conversation, Nancy helped bring the Circle Summit and several Art of Hosting Conversations to NYC – centered on racial, gender, economic and environmental justice. Nancy was a founding member of the LEAD Diversity Council and the White Anti-Racism Accountability Group at Good Shepherd Services. Clients and projects include: The Support Center for Non-Profit Management Eileen Fisher Company Children’s Aid Society: StoryCorps NYC Department of Probation Human Resources Administration –NYC and New York City’s Department of Citywide Administrative Services. She served on the Board of the Berkana Institute and regularly presented at the NGO UN Commission on the Status of Women. She was a founding member @Center for Social Innovation and is a board member of The Circle Way. Nancy hails from Brooklyn and is an avid bicyclist, photographer and container gardener.
